PURPOSE:

To transfer an amount not to exceed $68,000 from the District 5 SPLOST funds account to replace the security camera system at Lou Walker Senior Center.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The current security camera system is not adequate. There are numerous blind spots. In an effort to ensure that all citizens who use LWSC on a daily basis or for a special event, the security camera system should be updated.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

An amount not to exceed $68,000 from the District 5 SPLOST account.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
