PURPOSE:
To transfer an amount not to exceed $60,875.50 from the designated services fund Reserve for Appropriation account to replace the outdated AN equipment at Lou Walker Senior Center.
NEED/IMPACT:
The AN equipment at Lou Walker is over 12 years old and was installed as the original AN equipment when the center was built in 2006. The AN equipment is consistently used by the community for meetings and events. The equipment needs being updated and replaced.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following accounts by the amounts indicated below:
Contributions - Designated Services Fund-Transfer to CIP Fund (09043.611350.271.0000.0000) - $60,875.50
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Designated Services Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09120.579002.271.0000.0000) -$60,875.50
An amount not to exceed $60,8.75.50.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents .
