This contract consists of the outsourcing of certification and compliance services in accordance with the DeKalb First LSBE Ordinance. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 27, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $1,390,303.00. This contract consists of the review, approval and tracking of LSBE certifications and the monitoring of contracts to ensure compliance with the DeKalb First LSBE Ordinance. This request is to extend the contract term for six (6) months through June 30, 2020 to allow time to fully develop and implement an on-line certification/compliance services and to train staff on the DeKalb First LSBE Program.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, 58 Edgewood Ave. NE, Atlanta, GA 30303
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
