PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 27, 2019 to four (4) vendors for an amount not to exceed
$1,200,000.00. These contracts consist of providing on-call, comprehensive architectural and engineering services including, but not limited to: architecture, engineering and landscape architecture, technical specification development, master planning/site planning, site surveying, historic preservation, civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plumbing, electrical and HVAC, irrigation design, cost estimating and construction administration. This request is to increase the contract amount with Lose & Associates, Inc. dba Lose Design to complete the 10-year Comprehensive Master Plan and other projects as assigned.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Lose & Associates, Inc., dba Lose Design, 220 W Crogan Street, Suite 100, Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Amount Not To Exceed: $150,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
