PURPOSE:
Consists of providing professional services to develop cost allocation plans that comprehensively distribute agency wide administrative costs in a well-documented and defensible model that can be easily and accurately updated as required. Four (4) proposals were received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
