PURPOSE:
Consists of providing professional brokerage and consulting services in the selection and management of health and welfare benefits for County employees and retirees. Insurance programs include but are not limited to: health, dental, vision, life, voluntary benefits and other specialized plans. Four (4) proposals were received.

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer:

Amount Not To Exceed: $2,444,555.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
