PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Sourcewell (formerly known as NJPA) cooperative agreement for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at Pendergrast Park. The inclusive playground is essential to the future development of the park and designed for ages 5-12.

Recommend approval to purchase from Sourcewell Contract No. 030117-LTS with:
Playworld Preferred, 11515 Vanstory Drive, Suite 100, Huntersville, NC 28078
Amount Not To Exceed: $109,969.14
