PURPOSE:
To approve the acquisition of property at 963 Scott Circle 18-061-01-029 and allocate $320,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to fund the acquisition.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs department will acquire this property and clear it to be used for passive greenspace.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to the 2019 operating budget. The project will be funded from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution to acquire the property at 963 Scott Circle 18-061-01-029 and transfer $320,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to fund the acquisition, subject to completion of all due diligence; and to authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the action.
