PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 22, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00. On June 11, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract amount by $685,500.00 for the Retro-fit program which includes the demolition and installation of new toilets and urinals in 109 County buildings in accordance with the Consent Decree. On December 17, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00. This request is to add funding for the completion of the Retro-fit program.
