PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 12, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00. Consists of upgrading all functional systems at 952 Leon Street, which includes roofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and resealing the building envelope. This request is to increase the contract amount to cover work in excess of the project contingency that has become necessary following testing for hazardous materials and a more comprehensive analysis of building conditions.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
CT Darnell Construction, 2255 Justin Trail, Alpharetta, GA 30004
Amount Not To Exceed: $137,884.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
