PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 10, 2002 for the purchase of Oracle Applications, a software system for financial management which included technical support services and licensing for the term of the agreement. On March 24, 2009, the BOC approved the annual cost for additional licenses and to renew any license or service expirations for a total amount not to exceed $619,289.64. On February 9, 2010, the BOC approved the 1st Renewal for an amount not to exceed $797,184.60. On January 14, 2011, the BOC approved the 2nd Renewal for an amount not to exceed $930,319.28.
