PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 14, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $759,566.08. Microsoft requested the County sign a Letter Agreement (LA) and after negotiations of terms and conditions were completed, the County was informed that Microsoft would not execute the LA under the SWC. This agenda item is to request the BOC to rescind the cooperative purchase approved under Agenda Item 2019-3420.
