PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 120A in Land Lot 090 of the 15th District for the following street: Cedar Crest Way, Shoals Park Dr., Highgrove Ln., Flat Shoals Pkwy; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary document pertains to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 52.5% of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed one dollar and thirty-one cents ($1.31) per lighted street side foot per year in accordance with County policy.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 120A in Land Lot 090 of the 15th District and have the street lights installed on Cedar Crest Way, Shoals Park Dr., Highgrove Ln., Flat Shoals Pkwy; and
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project
