PURPOSE:

Consists of providing construction management services for various gravity sewer collection system rehabilitation and replacement projects. This will include, but is not limited to, the following activities: pre-construction services, construction inspection services, management of meetings, production of progress reports, provision of on-site field inspectors to monitor contractor work and will require full-time dedication of the construction management teams. These contracts will assist DWM with meeting the demands of the County’s Consent Decree by providing construction management services for various construction projects initiated pursuant to the Consent Decree requirements. Six (6) proposals were received.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend award to the two (2) highest scoring proposers:
