PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking from the competitively let NPPgov Cooperative Agreement via the Lead Agency, Public Procurement Authority. This contract consists of the provision of various software solutions for governmental entities. TargetSolutions, a Vector Software Solutions brand provides accredited online training courses and performance management in a proprietary web-based solution. TargetSolutions is currently being utilized to manage the training records for DCFR. This request is to fund additional modules to include CheckIT, Fire, EMS, ISO Solutions, Asset, Vehicle Inventory and Maintenance, Narcotics Tracking, Front Line Apparatus and Staffing and Workforce Management which will allow the entire team to be trained, track and maintain vehicles and manage the workforce in compliance with NFPA.
