PURPOSE:
This project consists of the construction of the new Districts 5 & 7 community and senior center located adjacent to the historic Lithonia School Ruins. This new facility will contain a multipurpose room with raised stage area, kitchen, lounge; fitness room, yoga/ dance room, classrooms. The facility will also contain a sewing room, a computer/ technology room and a billiards parlor. Four (4) bids were received.
