PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On June 25, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $2,120,380.00. This contract consists of providing technical, professional, and administrative staff to execute land and easement acquisition services and other related activities associated with land and easement acquisitions. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option. If the contract is not renewed, the County will not have a contract in place for continued land and easement acquisitions in furtherance of capital improvement and Consent Decree related work.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through June 30, 2021 with:
