PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 28, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $14,865,616.00. On August 8, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $1,478,169.00 for work completed May 6, 2017 through August 31, 2017. On December 12, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1A to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $2,885,348.00 for work completed September 1, 2017 through February 28, 2018. On April 24, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order 1B to increase the contract time through June 30, 2018 and funding in an amount not to exceed $1,886,848.00 for work completed March 2018 through May 2018. On June 26, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract time and term, revise the scope of work, and increase funding for an amount not to exceed $11,363,633.00. This contract consists of providing program management services to further the Consent Decree Program through, primarily, budgeting; reporting; program implementation; community outreach; and other needed technical services. This request is to continue with and modify existing services to better align with Consent Decree modifications as well as increase funding, contract time by 1,645 days, and contract term to December 31, 2025.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
