PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $2,348,900.00. The 1st renewal option was approved by the BOC on April 23, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $1,800,000.00. These contracts consist of providing vegetation clearing, tree, stump and debris removal along the County’s sanitary sewer system easements as part of the Consent Decree’s Maintenance Management System (MMS). This renewal will allow for the continuation of easement maintenance to the County’s sanitary sewer system. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.
