PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 26, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $640,000.00. On May 26, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $640,000.00 to complete remaining 2020 projects for RPCA. This contract consists of piggybacking off the City of Atlanta’s competitively let contract for on-call painting services. This request is to add funding for Facilities Maintenance to complete painting of the 178 Sams Street Facility, Historical Courthouse, Judicial / Admin Towers (different areas), Juvenile Justice Center (different areas), Maloof Administration Building and the South DeKalb Senior Center.
