PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 26, 2020 to two bidders for a total amount not to exceed $200,000.00. GC&E and R.B. were each awarded an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. On May 29, 2020, GC&E Systems Group, Inc. submitted a written request for the County to rescind their award citing that it would not be profitable to proceed. This request is to:
1. Rescind the award to GC&E.
2. Award R.B. an additional $100,000.00.

Recommend recession of the GC&E Systems Group award and to award to:
R. B. Communications, Inc., 2500 Whites Mill Lane, Suite 200; Decatur, Georgia 30032
