PURPOSE:

To allocate $32,620,496 Million in CARES Act funding to the cities in order to provide fast and direct economic assistance for American workers and families, small businesses, and preserve jobs for American industries.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

On March 27, 2020 the Federal Government allocated $125,341,475.20 in CARES Act funding to DeKalb County. Providing CARES Act funding to assist municipalities throughout DeKalb County will assist with their response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
