PURPOSE:
In 2019, Commissioner Mereda Davis Johnson dedicated funds to purchase pavilions for each District 5 Library. The pavilions have arrived and now need to be constructed. This agenda item is to ensure the construction of the pavilions and the site preparation (pouring of concrete foundation, etc.)
NEED/IMPACT:
The funds will include installation, pouring of concrete (connection, installation of stone filtration system, cleaning of the site, installation of grass in disturbed areas.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Transfer $112,600 from Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09130.579002.272.0000.0000) to Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Transfer to CIP Fund (09130.611350.272.0000.0000)

Recommend that funds in the amount of $112,600 be designated for the specific projects.
