PURPOSE:
Cancel item 2020-0244 and credit District 4 Reserve account 2020.
NEED/IMPACT:
There were two actions to provide $150,000 for Community Development; the first $150,000 appropriation was in the original FY20 budget passed on 2/25, and the second was through a separate agenda item (2020-0244) that was passed on 3/10. These were duplicate items.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
