PURPOSE:
Consists of the provision and management of one (1) program: Congregate & Shelf-Stable Meals at four (4) senior centers in DeKalb County. The RFP also included Program 2 - Provision of Home-Delivered & Shelf-Stable Meals for homebound seniors - for which no award is being sought at this time. Two (2) proposals were received.

Amount Not To Exceed: $436,883.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contracts and all associated documents.
