PURPOSE:
JenCare Senior Medical Center would like to donate 2013 Ford F350 - 8 passenger van (Mileage range 197k-207k) to DeKalb County for use at the South DeKalb Senior Center in Commission District 3
NEED/IMPACT:
The JenCare van donation can be used to help transportation needs in the South DeKalb Senior Center to include but not be limited to assisting Seniors to appointments, voting precincts, community events and other needs that might be helpful to those who do not have access to transportation.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the acceptance of the van donated by JenCare and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
