PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on October 13, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $283,500.00.  This contract consists of customer and technical support for a notification system (Code Red) utilized to send text and voice messages to DeKalb County residents communicating urgent matters of public interest, warnings of potential risks, danger and threats.  This request is to extend the contract for one (1) year to complete the solicitation process for award of a new contract.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with

 

OnSolve, LLC, 780 W. Granada Blvd., Suite 200, Ormond Beach, FL 32174

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $56,700.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
