PURPOSE:

To consider accepting  $10,988.05 into account 5460.522201.271 for repairs to the street light system at 4649 Memorial Drive. 

NEED/IMPACT:

The Progressive Auto Insurance Company reimbursed DeKalb County $10,988.05 for damages to the street lighting system associated with a vehicle crash at 4649 Memorial Drive. 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The repairs to the street lighting system are completed.  This payment will reimburse DeKalb County for maintenance funds already spent. 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Accept $10,988.05 into account 5460.522201.271 for repairs to the street light system at 4649 Memorial Drive.
