PURPOSE:
To transfer $18,600 from 2001 Parks Bond District 4 account 100629.80314.541100.05.600012 to 2001 Parks Bond District 4 Needham Park Development account 105344.80314.541200.05.600012.
NEED/IMPACT:
The $18,600 will be used to obtain a boundary survey, a topographical survey, and a title. These components are needed to accurately confirm the property boundary of the park and the adjacent homeowner in order to develop schematic renderings for a stream restoration project and any future improvements at the park.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the operating budget. Project to be funded by 2001 Parks Bond District 4 account.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend that funds in the amount of $18,600 be transferred from 2001 Parks Bond District 4 account 100629.80314.541100.05.600012 to 2001 Parks Bond District 4 Needham Park Development account 105344.80314.541200.05.600012; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
