CO - Change Order No. 2 to Contract Nos.: 1034376, 1034377, 1037379 and 1034381 for Engineering Services (Multi-Year Contract): for use by the Department of Watershed Management (DWM). Consists of providing on-call engineering services that primarily includes engineering studies, design, land surveying and construction administration services for water and sewer consent decree projects in the Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This request is to increase funding to Contract No. 1034377 (Arcadis) and the contract term through December 31, 2021 to all four (4) contracts. Awarded to Atkins North America, Inc., Arcadis U.S., Inc., Brown & Caldwell, Inc. and Black & Veatch Corporation. Amount Not to Exceed $750,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 11, 2016 to four (4) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $12,000,000.00. On October 23, 2018, the BOC approved an increase in funding to all four (4) contracts for a total amount not to exceed $6,000,000.00. This request, to increase funding for Contract No. 1034377 and the contract term for all four (4) contracts, will allow for the continuation of existing engineering services. Additionally, this request will allow for continued support with sewer modeling and the rate study task order. Finally, this request will also ensure there is no lapse in service while new contracts are procured and awarded in 2021.
