PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 4, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On November 12, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. This request is to exercise the 2nd and final renewal option.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through December 31, 2021 with:

 

Johnson, Spellman & Associates, Inc., 350 Research Ct., Ste. 130, Peachtree Corners, GA 30091

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $200,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
