PURPOSE:
Consists of the construction of a new amphitheater and bandshell, installation of a slate scape trail and detention area, grading, landscaping and lighting. Installation of a service drive and sidewalk area is included for access into and out of the amphitheater. This request also includes additional funding for contingency. Seven (7) bids were received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
