PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 12, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract's term to December 31, 2019. On November 19, 2019, the BOC approved to extend the contract's term to December 31, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting impacts on the vendor and the County's resources caused by travel and training restrictions, the project timeline needs to be adjusted to include additional configuration, testing and training. This contract also has a Phase II to implement addition departments into Oracle 311 Cloud environment. The delays impacted the implementation of Phase I as well as the start of Phase II. This request is to extend the contract's term to December 31, 2023 and to add additional funding for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend the approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Speridian Technologies, LLC, 2400 Louisiana Blvd., NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110
Amount Not To Exceed: $450,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
