PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 28, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $5,515,942.00. On December 10, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract terms to June 30, 2020. On June 23, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract terms to December 31, 2020. This request is to extend the contract terms to June 30, 2021 to allow continued services on the backlog of Public Works Stormwater Improvement Projects as the solicitation process is completed and a new contract(s) is awarded.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
A & S Paving, Inc., 2747 S. Stone Mountain-Lithonia Road, Lithonia, GA 30058
Note: LSBE Participation: 20%
Kemi Construction Company, Inc., 2550 W. Point Avenue, College Park, GA 30337
Note: LSBE Participation: 20%
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents.
