PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 10, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $2,400,000.00. On December 10, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract terms to December 31, 2020. This request is to extend the contract terms to December 31, 2021 to enable continued construction of concrete walls, pipes and other shotcrete and restorative services for Public Works Stormwater Improvement Projects.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Coastal Gunite Construction Company, 16 Washington Street, Cambridge, MD 21613

Proshot Concrete, Inc., 4158 Musgrove Drive, Florence, AL 35630

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents.
