PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 12, 2012 for an amount not to exceed $1,800,000.00. On March 10, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract term to December 31, 2017. Consent to assignment was executed on May 28, 2015 to document the Contractor's name change from Dewberry & Davis LLC to Dewberry Consultants LLC. On November 15, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract term, modify the scope of work to include additional floodplain locations and increase the contract amount by $500,000.00. On November 13, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to extend the contract term to December 31, 2020 and increase the contract amount by $750,000.00. On April 23, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to assign the contract to Dewberry Engineers Inc. (formerly Dewberry Consultants LLC). Additional time is needed to allow for the completion of flood analyses to update the County and FEMA published floodplain maps and several flood studies in areas experiencing flooding within the floodplain and processing floodplain buy-out FEMA applications. Those projects are currently being designed to meet permitting requirements. This request is to extend the contract term to December 31, 2021.
