PURPOSE:
Consists of providing cancer screenings and mental health evaluations by Georgia Board Certified and Licensed Physicians to safeguard the health of approximately 700 Fire Fighters due to fire and fire-related hazards encountered in the line of duty. The vendor shall perform medical evaluations, laboratory analysis, medical consultations and respond to occupationally medical questions related to the services completed. Vendor shall adhere to all American Psychological Associations (APA) Standards. (1) bid was received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
