PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 11, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $397,300.00. On December 10, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $396,000.00. These contracts consist of the purchase of ductile iron water main fittings which are inventoried, issued and replenished in direct correlation to routine, planned and emergency maintenance performed on main breaks 6 inches to 60 inches in diameter. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.
