PURPOSE:
Eagleview Technologies, Inc. (formerly Pictometry International Corp.) has provided the County a proven product that suits our oblique imagery needs on an annual basis since 2003. All of the image data is being stored in the cloud hosted by Eagleview, allowing access to any year via web browser through a desktop or mobile device along with the option to install the software on a desktop or server base if the cloud is no longer a viable option. Currently there about 500 users with the numbers increasing. If the County does not continue services, the information will no longer be available to DeKalb unless a separate license is purchased along with services from another vendor.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the sole source with:
Eagleview Technologies, Inc., 25 Methodist Hill Drive, Rochester, NY 14623
Amount Not To Exceed: $1,030,734.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
