PURPOSE:
To establish a Charter Review Commisison;
NEED/IMPACT:
The Operations Task Force of 2015 recommended the creation of a Charter Review Commission. This
proposed resolution will fulfill that recommendation for a thorough review of the entire Organizational Act and
make recommendations on the form of government that will equitably and efficiently deliver services to the
citizens, businesses, and institutions of DeKalb County.
