PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on August 14, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $4,000,000.00.  On October 22, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option in the amount of $4,000,000.00.  This request is to exercise the 2nd and final renewal option.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through December 31, 2021 with:

 

Synergy Real Estate Developers, LLC, 40 Andrew Drive, Stockbridge, GA  30281

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $1,210,419.74

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
