PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on January 23, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $292,350.00. On December 11, 2018, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.  On January 14, 2020, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. This request is to exercise the 3rd and final renewal option.
