PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 12, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $200,605.25. This request is to add funding to cover the cost of increased quantities in the number of handrails, sodding, repair to existing sidewalk ramp and a catch basin.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
