PURPOSE:

To appropriate District 2 Reserve Funds from 2020 Budget into a capital account for District 2 sidewalks.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

This appropriation moves the balance of the District 2 Designated Services reserve for appropriation into a capital account for District 2 sidewalks.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increase appropriations for the following account by the amounts indicated below:

Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Transfer to CIP Fund (09130.611350.272.0000.0000) - $300,000

 

Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:

Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09130.579002.272.0000.0000) - $300,000

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve the appropriation and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
