Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Sourcewell (formerly known as NJPA) Cooperative Agreement for Athletic Surfacing for the design, purchase, construction, installation and maintenance of synthetic turf for the Reconstruction of the Gresham Athletic Complex Ball Fields 4,5,6, 7 and 21.
