PURPOSE:
This request is to approve the cost to establish a 10-year annual software maintenance and support agreement for proprietary software packages used by Police Services for records management and field-based reporting of multiple programs (i.e.VisionRMS, VisionFBR, CrimeMapping.com, CrimeView Dashboard, Predictive Missions, CrimeView Desktop, LMS (Learning Management System) and Inform IQ Search). These software programs are proprietary and the software publisher, CentralSquare Technologies, LLC (formerly Tritech Software Systems) is the sole provider of maintenance and support services for the programs.

Recommend approval of the sole source with:
CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, 1000 Business Center Drive, Lake Mary, FL 32746
Amount Not To Exceed: $2,419,769.60
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
