PURPOSE:
Consists primarily of the provision of design services to facilitate the manufacturing of two (2) ozone generators according to specifications and the delivery and installation of those generators at the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant. The installation of the two (2) ozone generators, will include but is not limited to: the Control Logix/Compact (PLC) change out to Allen Bradley; the connection of pipework; new power supply units, switchgear, cabling, and all instrumentation and control requirements. Lastly, services will include acceptance testing and commissioning of the new equipment with the existing equipment. Design and installation of the requested ozone generators will contribute to the continued filtration of the County's drinking water. Two (2) bids were received.

Amount Not To Exceed: $7,112,900.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
