PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution declaring the property located at 1325 Veasey Road, Decatur, GA, 30030, Parcel Identification Number 15-216-17-006, as surplus, and authorizing the sale to the highest bidder.
NEED/IMPACT:
The petitioner, Patrick Buckley, has requested this property to be declared surplus. The property is owned by DeKalb County and the Property Appraisal Department has assessed the value of this property to be $15,200.00. Sale of this property would return it to the tax roll.
