PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 12, 2019 for a total amount not to exceed: $942,000.00. On August 27, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for a total amount not to exceed: $109,238.58. On January 28, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for a total amount not to exceed: $1,251,238.58. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.
