PURPOSE:
The Clerk to Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the minutes of the Commission to reflect the appointment of James Spotts to Technical Board of Appeals made by Commissioner Ted Terry.
James Spotts has served on the Technical Board of Appeals as a former appointment for District 6. He has indicated his intent to continue to serve in this capacity for Commissioner Ted Terry.

Record the appointment of James Spotts to the Technical Board of Appeals into the minutes of the Board of Commissioners.

Recommended Action
Direct the Clerk to record the appointment of James Spotts to the Technical Board of Appeals, appointed by District 6 Commissioner Ted Terry, with a term ending on December 31, 2024.
